Processing principle of gear
Gear processing principle, there are two common, profiling processing and fan into (into) processing. 1. Copies processing. The gear machining tool cuts out the tooth groove of the gear, and the "cross-sectional shape" of the tool is the shape of the tooth groove of the gear. When processing gears, there is no gear meshing movement, and the accuracy of the processed gears is low, and the general accuracy is below level 11. 2. Fan Cheng Processing. The gear machining tool itself is "gear or rack", and the gear hob can be "considered" as a rack, which belongs to the rack type tool. During processing, there is a "gear meshing" movement between the gear cutter and the processed gear. Gear cutter tooth profile blade, motion envelope out of the processed gear tooth profile (tooth surface), is an ideal involute, high machining accuracy, common, hobbing, gear shaping, shaving (belong to finishing).
